A) Users can access and Play Rummy Online, including, but not limited to, the Online Rummy Game when they are validly registered. In its internet gaming products and services, the company offers games of skill that can be played with other individuals.

1. It is only intended to facilitate skill-based games through the Services provided by the company.

2. Each user participating in our listed cash games pays a service charge ("Service Charge"), including service tax/GST. Service Charges may vary from one Cash Game to another from time to time.

B) A territory that is eligible for the scheme depends on whether it excludes states like Nagaland, Assam, Sikkim, Orissa, Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. Games or tournaments that require the user to maintain a non-zero cash balance ("Cash Balance") in their account are described as Cash Games. The Play Rummy Online game on our site is one example of a Cash Game. The company offers Practice Games through the Platform and Software other than Cash Games. The term 'Games' shall refer to all Cash Games and Practice Games combined.

C) It is mandatory for a user to create a virtual account (from now on, collectively referred to as an "Account") and truthfully and accurately complete all mandatory information as described in Section 6 of this Agreement before using the Services.

1. You need to be competent and at least 18 years old to enter this contract to participate in Practice Games (as described in section 4.3 below).

2. You must meet the following conditions at all times to participate in Cash Games:

• In order to participate in the Games available through the Services, you must be at least 18 years old. You must not be disabled or impaired to make it impossible for you to assume the responsibilities contained in the Agreement.
• You must reside in India
• Your responsibility is to ensure that participation in any cash Game is legal in the jurisdiction from where you access the Services.
• This state is not one of the restricted territories: Assam, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Orissa, Sikkim, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.
• The list of states isn't listed as your location: Orissa, Meghalaya, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
• Your account will be associated with a PAN number that will be provided to us upon request.
