A) Any cancellation of a game organized by Rummy Ground results in no liability for the Company. Rummy Ground reserves the right not to refund you for any Online Rummy Game service interruptions or outages caused by our service providers, computer viruses or contamination, natural disasters, wars, civil disturbances, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
B) Any Cash Game that is canceled by Rummy Ground due to any reason, including but not limited to any technical problems or your player(s) engaging in unfair gameplay, will be settled following the following policy for our Online Rummy Site:
Points Rummy Cash Games are canceled when each player's table balance overrides the amount at the beginning of the canceled game and is credited back to their Play Rummy Online accounts.
When collusion or cheating is detected in Points Rummy Cash Games, Rummy Ground may take additional actions against a player engaging in such activities.
When you cancel an ongoing Pool Rummy Cash, the total entry fees, excluding our service charge, are paid to eliminated players before the cancelled cash game round begins and distributed equally to the remaining players.
Players who collide or cheat in Pool Rummy Cash Games will have their entry fees refunded to them. Players who indulge in collusion or cheating will be dealt with according to the Terms and any further action needed in Rummy Ground's opinion concerning how they Play Indian rummy game.
When a Cash Tournament Game is canceled, all entry fees paid by players eliminated before the round during which the Cash Game was canceled are distributed equally among the remaining players.
Rummy Ground may take further action if it believes that collusion or cheating has occurred in Cash Tournament Games. In these cases, the entry fees paid by other players are refunded, and the entry fees paid by players indulging in collusion or cheating are dealt with as per the Terms and any other further actions deemed appropriate by online Rummy site.
In the following circumstances, the Company can process refunds to you at its sole discretion:
A refund might be requested within four days of initiating a Cash Credit transaction if an accidental deposit was made or for other similar reasons. We will process the Refund request within ten working days after we have determined that the Refund request is genuine and that there is sufficient Cash in your Accounts to cover the Refund.
If a refund is made, it will only be made to the instrument used to carry out the Cash Credit transaction, and no requests for an alternative refund method will be honored under any circumstances.
Fraudulent cash credits that do not belong to you and are credited to another account that hasn't yet utilized the funds of such a transaction. All refund requests are completed within 15 working days after the Company has determined that such a refund request is genuine and that another user has the requisite Cash Balance associated with the fraudulent transaction.
This is when a fraudulent transaction has been made that you did not authorize and credited to either your account or another user's account, thereby utilizing funds. All necessary details about the user who has utilized the proceeds of the fraudulent transaction shall be provided to the banks and other investigating authorities by the Company. In this scenario, it is your sole responsibility to contact the credit instrument's issuing authority, as the Company will not process any refunds.
